1)-OUR TEAM IS VERY LARGE AND IT INCLUDE STUDENTS OF PRIMARY SECTION TO HIGHER SECONDARY.
2)-DUE TO LARGE MEMBERS, IT HAS A MIX OF PEOPLE WITH LARGE TALENTED ONES.-THERE WILL BE GOOD PARTICIPATION FOR ALL THE ACTIVITIES-THERE IS LIMITATION THAT FOR GROUP ALL WONT GET EQUAL PARTICIPATION
3)-WE ENSURE LARGE PARTICIPATION FROM OUR GROUP MEMBERS.-BUT GROUP PERFORMANCE HAS MANY DISADVANTAGES, DUE TO NOT HAVING EQUAL PARTICIPATION.-WE HAVE CLEAR IDEA OH WHAT TALENT EACH MEMBER IS EMBEDDED WITH AND WE MAKE GROUPS.
4)-INFORMALLY WE MAKE GET TOGETHER AND THUS THAT HELPS IN MAKING BONDING-WE GO  OUTSIDE AND HAVE FUN-WE MAKE PROGRAMMES TO KNOW EACH OTHER VERY WELL

1) THE CONFLICT WAS ON THE LACK ON NOT GETTING THE EQUAL PARTICIPATION. THAT HAS A HUGE IMPACT THAT THE MEMBERS ARE NOT COOPERATING AND WECOULDN'T DO WELL AND THAT AFFECTED OUR TEAMS PERFORMANCE LARGELY.
2) IT IS HIGHLY PSYCHOLOGICALLY SAFE AND THUS THAT MADE OUR TEAM MEMBERS MORE CONFIDENT THAT THEY WILL TAKE UP ALL THE CHALLENGES AND RISK WITHOUT ANY RETHINKING AND THAT WAS THE IMPACT OF THAT SAFE ENVIRONMENT THAT BOOST OUR MEMBERS WITH LARGE ENTHUSIASM.
